Responsibilities of Membership
There are many benefits of belonging to CHAIn. However, you also need to agree to the rules of CHAIn, which are:
You have a responsibility to recommend other members of the consortium if you are approached for work that you cannot deliver yourself, or if you hear about valid opportunities.
You have a responsibility to market CHAIn to potential clients or employers who are looking for health professionals with specific skills and experience.
You have a responsibility to promote the advantages of membership of CHAIn to other health professionals who may benefit from joining the consortium and from whom the consortium would benefit from associating with.
You have a responsibility to CHAIn and agree to respect the work and prices of other members of CHAIn, and not to poach or undercut them.
You have a responsibility to adhere to the ethical standards of CHAIn and your profession, and to treat other members of CHAIn with respect and honesty.
You have a responsibility to uphold the standards and values of CHAIn and respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members.
